We can send your order anywhere within Greater Manchester.. All our items are Warehouse packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by Our own Delivery team to deliver safely unless otherwise directed. This usually takes between 1 to 14 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.
We normally ship our products the next day after confirmation has been received or within 14 business days for sofas and selected dining tables unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 14 business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date and offer too refund your payment.
Our next day delivery service is under the terms and conditions of our couriers and at times they may exceed the expected delivery date ,which is out of our control. As such we will not be held liable for any failed delivery by us or any third party curriers.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE RETURN AND DELIVERY CHARGE.

Cancellation & Returns
If you cancel your order in writing before Manchester Beds have dispatched it then Manchester Beds will quickly refund your payment in full and cancel your order. If you wish to return an item please call us on 0161 6336154 to authorise the return. Non authorised returns may be rejected.
We are happy to accept return of goods in their original packaging only, and if in perfect condition and at the buyer’s cost. The original carriage charge will also not be credited, subject to the following...
All sales are final and we do not supply goods on a trial or sale or return basis. However, you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges providing:
A) The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ in their original packaging including all manuals and accessories and the packaging must be in pristine condition, you must not puncture, cut or remove the plastic covering on a mattress or divan bed (for hygienic reasons) .
Please note: "Unused" means unused, it doesn’t mean opened, used for a few days and then put in box.
B) Any items with broken security seals or have been unpacked from their original packaging will be deemed "used" and will not qualify for a refund or credit.
C) You must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery of your intention to return the goods IN WRITING (including by email). We will acknowledge this by email and your goods must be received by us within 14 days of this acknowledgement. During this period it is your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. We will not accept any goods back after this 14 day period.
If goods are received back with missing or used consumables or accessories, the cost of the accessories will be charged to you or we may reject the return entirely.
Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you at your cost or made available for you to collect. We are able to offer a collection service at £40 if required.

Should an item fail or develop a fault please contact us as soon as possible as many "faults" can be resolved quickly over the telephone. If the item needs to be returned you must return the faulty item directly. When the goods have been received, inspected and found to be faulty we will despatch a replacement item to you as soon as possible. If the item is not found to be faulty it will be returned to you at your cost.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
Unless claims for shortages or damage are notified in writing to the carrier (by signing for the goods as 'DAMAGED'), and Manchester Beds within three days of receipt no liability will be accepted by Manchester Beds. In the event of non-delivery Manchester Beds must be advised in writing within ten days from placing the order.
Payment is to be made prior to goods being dispatched either directly through Paypal . Or cash on delivery if arranged.
